  On Dec. 20, 1894, Col. James F. Rogers, of Covington, was united in marriage
to Mrs. Belle Knox, of Thompson. The groom is a gentleman of ability and 
industry, being Solicitor general of the County court of Newton and a splendid
lawyer. The bride is a lady of beauty and culture, being a sister of Rev. Dr.
W. W. Wadsworth, a prominent Methodist Minister.
