The Georgia Enterprise, July 28, 1892
     Rev. J. K. SMITH, recently of Conyers, but now Pastor of the Second 
Presbyterian Church in Augusta, was united in marriage to Miss Julia STEWART, 
of Covington, on Thursday last. The marriage came off at the residence of the 
bride’s aunt, Mrs. Carrie J. STEWART, in this city, and Rev. E. H. BARRETT, of 
Atlanta, officiated. The groom is a most excellent Christian gentleman, while 
the bride is a most charming and lovely young lady, admired and esteemed by all 
who know her.
