Will of Jane Rees  7 Oct 1843 Newton County, GA

	In the name of God Amen   I Jane Rees of the County State 
aforesaid being of sound and disposing mind but weak in body and 
calling to mind the uncertainty of life and being desirous to dispose my 
worldly estate as it has pleased God to bless me with do make and 
ordain this my last Will & Testament from following that is to say

	1st  The title of my two negroes namely Cary a boy Twelve 
years old Harriet a girl of nine or ten years old I give and vest in my 
Daughter now Mary McLung which she will have the entire use & benefit 
during her natural life and may use them in her own personal possesion 
in any way she may think proper and not otherwise and at the death of 
Mary as aforesaid all the right and title of or to Harriet as aforesaid 
shall then vest in an fall to my Grand Daughter Nancy McLung to posesion of 
and use to her own use & benefit also the right to & title of Cary I give 
and vest in my Grandson Wm Rees McLung at the death of his mother 
Mary as aforesaid to take posesion and use to his own use and benefit, 
all this _____ I _____ in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
& seal this seventh day of October 1843 Eighteen Hundred and 
fortythree in presence of
