Give and Grant unto my said Daughter Elizabeth Wallis-- the one half of all my property both real and personal that I now possess. To have and to hold the half of my said property unto the said Elizabeth Wallis to her and her heirs and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof I hve set my hand and affixed my seal this 22nd day of January 1845. Wm Wallis (his seal) Signed sealed and delivered in presence of John B Kindrick Jno B Smith I.I.C. Registered January 27th 1845 Reuben Ransom Clk Newton County, Georgia Know all men by these presents, that I Elizabeth Wallis of said County having a deed of gift made to me by my father William Wallis when in life, dated the 22nd day of January 1845 and in said deed of gift the said William Wallis, In consideration that I would live with him and take care of him during his life-- and also five dollars in hand paid, he the said William Wallis give and granted unto me the one half of all his property both real and personal that he at that date possessed, to hold to myself and heirs. He--My Father William having since died and left a will to distribute his estate--and in said will having made such provision for me so prove satisfactory--I therefore in consideration thereof do hereby renounce and quit claim to all and singular the items and property insisted in said deed of gift--And agree that the same shall be and remain with my mother Sarah Wallis Execution of my Father William Wallis Estate to be divided with the Ligaturs of said estate--agreeable to the terms of said will.
