Lane of Covington, Newton County, disposing, mind memory and understanding do hereby make, publish and declare my last Will and testament in Mannar and form following. First I order and direct that my executor herein after named pay all my just debts and funeral charges as soon as may be convinant after my decease. Second, I give desire and bequeath unto my beloved wife and to her issue by our present marriage, all the rest and residue of my Estate both real as well as personal to ensure to them and to their heirs, executor administrators and asigns forever. In case of the death of such _____ during minority or on failure of such issue then it is my further will that the whole of my Estate real and personal go to my said wife Susan K. Lane and to her heirs, executors administrators and asigns forever. Third, I nominate and appoint my said wife Susan K. Lane, my father Henry Lane near the said town of Covington in Newton County, Geo. and my brother in law Benjamin K. Ponder of Montgomery County Alabama to be Executrix and Executors of this my last will and testament conferring on them full and ample power and authority to dispose of, sell and convey any or all of my Real Estate, for the purpose of making a just and Easy distribution as herein is __________ and I hereby ________ revoke, all and every former will by me made.
