Edna Carolyn Edwards, 63, of Bogart, died Wednesday, December 15, 2004, at the 
residence of her sister.

Born in Oconee County, she was the daughter of the late John Henry and Willie 
Mae Evans Edwards. She worked as a caregiver most of her life and was a member 
of Bogart Christian Church.

Survivors include her sisters, Gloria McCannon, Carlton, Henrietta Patton, 
Bogart, Sara Sue Maddox, Winder, and Willie Jean Ridgeway, Statham; brother, 
John Edwards, Jr., Bogart; eight nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 17, at Lord & Stephens, West, with 
the Rev. Ben Parker officiating. Burial was in Bogart First Baptist Church 
Cemetery. Pallbearers were Larry Shelnutt, Dwight Thompson, Michael Patton, 
Michael Brooks, Jay Paul Whitehead and Mike Pulliam.

Lord & Stephens, West, Bogart, was in charge of arrangements.
