Grimes, Clifford 

Grimes Services 
Clifford Grimes, well known Watkinsville resident, died at his home Thursday 
afternoon at 3:30 o’clock.  Mr. Grimes was 48 years old and had been ill for 
several days. 

Services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock from Johnson Church 
with Rev. Charles Duffy, pastor of Watkinsville Methodist Church, officiating. 

Interment will follow in Johnson Cemtery, Bernstein Funeral Home in charge of 
arrangements. Pall-bearers will ber Robert Bowman, Paul Daniel, Grover Daniel, 
Frank Bradshaw, Rusher Bradshaw and Roy Bradshaw. 

Mr. Grimes is survived by three sons, William Grimes, Pickens, S.C., and 
Raymond and Jerry Grimes, both of Watkinsville; and two sisters, Mrs. Albert 
Bradshaw and Miss Rachel Grimes, both of Watkinsville.
