Amy Armistead one Negro man named David & boy named Taylor & our part of the tract of land that was left Sd Amy Armistead by the decease of William Owen her first husband ~ and also all the legacy that shall be given us by Bone Powel her mother whatever we have given granted & confirmed & by these presents do freely give grant & confirm unto the above named children at the death of Sd.
