Colquitt of the County and state aforesaid have made , ordained , constituted and appointed and do by these present make, ordain, constitute and appoint My trusty and beloved friend William Spurland of the State of Georgia and County of Randolph my True and Lawful attorney in fact to transact all manner of business that I have unsettled in the county of Randolph and Jones as fully and completely in Every respect as I could do was I personally present and my Said Attorney is hereby authorized and Impowered to Sew’ (?) for me and in my Name and recover and receive any money as fully as I could my self were I personally present Given under My hand this 26th January 1810 Test [ John T.
