Ordinarys Office

Know all men by these presents that we John H Marks George Mathews & John 
Davenport are held and firmly Bound unto their honors the Judges of the court 
of ordinary for the County of Oglethorpe & state of Georgia in the Sum of two 
hundred dollars for the payment of which sum to the said Judges and their 
successors in office we bind ourselves our heirs exrs & admrs firmly by these 
presents sealed with our seals & dated January term 1804 ----

   The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound John 
H. Marks who is at this term appointed guardian to Polly Marks Legatee of 
Martha Harvie decd Now if the said John H Marks shall & do in all things well & 
truly perform the trust reposed in him By law to the said Polley Marks legatee 
of Martha Harvie decd. then the above obligation to be Void else to remain in 
full force according to the true Intent & meaning hereof 
test
