Oglethorpe County
Georgia  }  June Term 1800

Know all men by these presents that we John Davenport & John Gresham senr are 
held and firmly bount unto the honorable Court of Oglethorpe & their successors 
in office In the Just and full sum of six hundred dollars to be paid to the 
said Court for which payment we bind Ourselves our heirs exrs & Admrs firmly By 
these presents sealed with our seals & dated this nineteenth day of June In the 
year of our Lord   ---- 1800 ----

   The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound John 
Davenport who is this day appointed Guardian of William Moore son of John 
Moore, shall in all things according to law & Equity perform the duties and 
trust Reposed in him as Guardian to the said William Moore then the above 
Obligation to be Void else to Remain in full force & Virtue in law ----
