Loose Estate Papers

Be it known that on the 29th day of June 1799 that we Frances Murphy  William Beal 
Thomas Dillon  James Wills  Benj Murphy and William Murphy of the county of Wilkes &
State of Georgia & George Borum of the county of Oglethorpe and State aforesaid  we
find our selves our heirs etc in Just and full number of two thousand dollars to
stand to a Division of the Estate of William Murphy Ded and to clear the sd Frances
Murphy admn of that part of the Estate _____  _____ by Receipt as witness the date
above mentioned

Richeson Booker			James Wills		
					Benja Murphy
					William Murphy
					Janey Murphy

Came before me this day and made oath that they saw the above Subscribers Sign the
within Bond as Witness this 7th day of June 1802
