P. Colquitt, W. H. Colquitt, Mrs. Ruby Ashworth, J. W. Colquitt And Mrs. M. R. Colquitt all of said State And County are joint owners of six lots or parcels of land, situated, lying and being in said State and County, in Grove creek District, adjoining lands of W. J. Sanders, Mrs. Whitehead and G. T. Howard and others—Now in consideration of a mutual exchange of interest, one to the other, in the several lots, each party above name hereby sales, grants, bargains and quit claims to the remaining five parties his or her interest in the several lots below described, to wit: The said J. P. Colquitt, W. H. Colquitt, Mrs. Ruby Ashworth, J. W. Colquitt and Mrs. M. R. Colquitt, hereby sales, grants, bargains and quitclaims, their interest in and to that part of the Colquitt lands known as lot no. 1 containing fifty six acres, more or less, to Mrs. Bettie Colquitt. The said Mrs. Bettie Colquitt, W.H. Colquitt, Mrs. Ruby Ashworth, J. W. Colquitt, and Mrs. M. R. Colquitt hereby sales, grants, bargains and quit claims their interest in and to that part of the Colquitt lands known as lot no. 2 containing seventy four and one half acres, more or less, to J. P. Colquitt. The said Mrs. Bettie Colquitt, J. P. Colquitt, Mrs. Ruby Ashworth, J. W. Colquitt and Mrs M. R. Colquitt, hereby sales, grants, bargains, conveys and quitclaims their interest in and to that part of the Colquitt lands known as lot no. 3 containing sixty four and one half acres, more or less, to W. H. Colquitt. The said Mrs. Bettie Colquitt, J. P. Colquitt, W. H. Colquitt, J. W. Colquitt and Mrs M. R. Colquitt hereby sales, grants, bargains, conveys and quitclaims their interest in and to that part of the Colquitt lands known as lot no. 4 or the home lot containing sixty five and one half acres, more or less to Mrs. Ruby Ashworth. The said Mrs. Bettie Colquitt, J. P. Colquitt, W. H. Colquitt, Mrs. Ruby Ashworth and Mrs. M. R. Colquitt hereby sales, grants, bargain, conveys and quit claims their interest in and to that part of the Colquitt lands known as lot no. 5 containing sixty five and one half acres, more or less, to J. W. Colquitt. The said Mrs. Bettie Colquitt, J. P. Colquitt, W. H. Colquitt Mrs Ruby Ashworth and J. W. Colquitt hereby sales, grants, bargains, conveys and quitclaims their interest in and to that part of the Colquitt lands known as lot no. 6 containing seventy three and one half acres, more or less, to Mrs. M. R. Colquitt. With all the rights, members and appurtenances to the said bargained property in anywise appertaining or belonging to have and to hold the said bargained property to the said parties as above set forth their heirs and assigns, so that neither the said parties who hereby mutually and alternatively deed to each other the above described lots, nor their heirs, nor any other person or persons claiming under them shall at any time hereafter by any way or means, have claim or demand any right, title or interest in or to the aforesaid property or its appurtenances or any part thereof. In witness whereof the said Mrs. Bettie Colquitt, J. P. Colquitt, W. H. Colquitt, Mrs. Ruby Ashworth, J. W. Colquitt and Mrs. M. R.
