Georgia     }  This indenture made this 24th day of December in the year of our 
Lord one thousand  eight hundred and fourteen and in the thirty ninth year of 
the Independence of the United States of America between Samuel Bradford Exuter 
of the Estate of Humphrey Tompkins of the county of Oglethorpe and State 
aforesaid  of the one part and Solomon Bridges of the county and state 
aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Bradford Executor 
of the Estate of Humphrey Tomkins for and in consideration of the sum of 
sixteen Hundred and fifty dollars Lawful money of the said State to him in hand 
paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents by the said 
Solomon Bridges the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted sold 
released and confirmed and by this presents do grant bargain sell release and 
confirm unto him the said Solomon Bridges all that tract or parcel of Land 
containing two hundred Acres more or less Situate lying and being in the county 
of Oglethorpe and state aforesaid on the waters of the Goose pond Creek granted 
to Benjmin Hart butting and bounding as follows northwardly by MGeehees land 
southwardly by _____ land unknown land which fully appear by a platt or map 
annexed to a Grant of the same reference being had thereto may more fully 
appear with all and singular the rights members and appertanances thereof 
whatever to the said tract or parcel of Land belonging or in any wise 
appertaining and the remainders rents issues and profits thereof to have and to 
hold the said tract or parcel of Land and all and singular the premises 
aforesaid with their and every of their rights members and appertenances unto 
the said tract or parcel of Land unto the said Solomon Bridges his heirs and 
assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Solomon Bridges 
his heirs and assigns forever and the said Samuel Bradford Executor of the 
Estate of Humphry Tomkins the said Tract or parcel of Land and primises and 
every part thereof unto the said Solomon Bridges his heirs and Assigns against 
him the said Samuel Bradford Executor of the estate of Humphrey Tomkins his 
heirs and assigns and all and every person or persons what ever shall and will 
warrant and forever defend by these presents  In witness whereof the said 
Samuel Bradford Executor of the Estate of Humphrey Tomkins hath hereunto set 
his hand and seal the day and year within written
