Written: November 9 1818

1818- November 9, 1818 Oglethorpe County State of Georgia:  Know all me by 
these present that I, Mark Ragan of Hudson of Oglethorpe County Georgia for an 
in consideration of the Parential affection to my Dear Daughter, Jane Ragan, I 
do give and Bequeath unto her and her heirs or assigns the following property 
to have and to hold forever way there is one Sorrel Horse and saddle and 
bridle, one Black heffer, one certain cow and stead and furniture the lawful 
right I do maintain unto the said Jane Ragan to her heirs and assigns forever -
 I do this day let my hand and seal in present of - IsamGoss, Josa Ragan, 
Robert Gillispie JP - Filed Isaac Collier, Clerk recorded 1-15-1819
