1818- November 9, 1818 Oglethorpe County State of Georgia:  Mark Ragan for 
parental affection to my dear son Josa Ragan, 5 cows, 6 sheep, 14 hogs, corn & 
cotton crop, 5 feather beds & furniture, 1 gray mare, all my household and 
kitchen furniture, 1 gray mare, plantation tools and all my personal property. 
11-9-1918 signed Mark Ragan Test:  Isam Goss, Hamilton Ragan, Robert 
Gillispie, J.P. recorded 1-11-1819 Isaac Collier, clerk.
