Oglethorpe County, Deed Book O, page 457

Georgia                   }  	This Indenture made and entered into    
Oglethorpe County         }this fourteenth day of January in the year of our 
Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven between James W Davenport 
William W Davenport John L Davenport Charles W Davenport and Susan T Davenport 
of the one part and Susannah Davenport of the other part  Witnesseth that 
whereas heretofore to wit on the first day of June in the year eighteen hundred 
& twenty five a certain tract of land was given granted & forever quit claimed 
by the heirs of Frances Davenport deceased to Susannah Davenport the wife of 
Jesse Davenport deceased in trust for the said Susannah and the children of the 
said Jesse Davenport which tract of land is particularly refered to in said 
deed Now for and in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars to us in hand paid 
at and before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged they the said James W William W John L Charles W and Susan 
T. have given granted relinquished removed & forever quit claimed & do by these 
present give grant relinquish remove & forever quit claim all their right title 
& interest in and to said tract or parcel of land free from the claim of them 
selves their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
	In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seals 
this day & date above written
