Indenture bet Wm Hartsfield & Wilie Bush 18 Nov 1834 Oglethorpe Co, GA This indenture made and entered into this the Eighteenth day of November Eighteen hundred and thirty four between William Hartsfield of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Wilie Bush of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Hartsfield for and in consideration of the sum of thirty dollars to him in hand at and before the sealing and delivering of these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these present grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Wilie Bush his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County aforesaid adjoining lands of Robert Howard on the West and Northeast and by Wilie Bush on the Sounth being the tract of land on which Andrew Hartsfield now lives containing seven acres be the same more or less To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Wilie Bush his heirs and assigns togeterh with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said William Hartsfield for himself his heirs Executors, Administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Wilie Bush his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right thereof against himself his heirs Executors and Administrators or against the claim or claims of any person or persons whatsoever In witness whereof the said William Hartsfield hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and date above written Wm Hartsfield Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of Andrew Hartsfield Wiley Carter J.P.
