Indenture bet Wm Hartsfield & Randolph Long 25 Mar 1833 Oglethorpe Co, GA

This Indenture Made this twenty fifth day of March Eighteen hundred & three
Between William Hartsfield of the State of North Carolina & County of Wake of
the one part & Randolph Long of the State of Georgia & County of Oglethorpe of
the other part Witnesseth That the said William Hartsfield for & in
consideration of the sum of Six hundred Dollars to him in hand paid the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge hat bargained Sold delivered &
confirmed and by these presents do bargain Sell deliver & confirm unto the
said Randolph Long his heirs & assigns for ever one tract or parcel of Land
Situate Lying and being in the County of Oglethorpe aforesaid on the south
side of the south fork of Broad River Joining lands of Jno. Richardson, Henry
Hartsfield & Andrew McRoy Begining on the said River on a sweet gum & runing
with Henry Hartsfields lands to a post oak & thence on John Richardsons line
to a white oak & on Rusteradges<?> line thence along John Hardmans line to
Andrew McRoys line thence along his line to the River, thence up the River as
it meanders to the begining sweet gum.  Containing two hundred Acres more or
less.  To have & to hold all & Singular the rights & premises with all &
Singular the premises with all & Singular the profits improvements and
advantages therunto belonging to himi the said Randolph Long his heirs &
assigns forever in fee simple from him the said William Hartsfield his heirs &
assigns and from the claim or claims of every other person or persons
whatsoever, and I the said William Hartsfield do bind byself my heirs &
assigns to warrant and defend the above tract or parcel of land to hiim the
said Randolph Long his heirs & assigns as aforesaid.  In witness whereof I
have herunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day & year above written.
