Oglethorpe Georgia
This Indenture made this tenth day of October in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred (Note: eighteen omitted)  between Parks King of the
State of Georgia and County of Jackson of the one part & Wyatt Bullock of the
same State & county of Oglethorpe of the other part. Witnesseth that the said
Parks King for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred & thirty Six
dollars lawfull money of the said State to him in hand well & truly paid by the
said Wyatt Bullock at or before the signing & delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is thereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold released &
conveyed & by these presents do fully grant, bargain, sell  release & confirm
unto the said Wyatt bullock & to his heirs & assigns forever, all that tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the said State & County of
Oglethorpe & on the waters of Clouds Creek, adjoining lands belonging to the
estate of John Bullock on the west, WILLIAM JINKS on the North, GEORGE WHITSELL
on the east and the heirs of BENJAMIN THURMOND on the South and containing ONE
HUNDRED & FORTY SEVEN ACRES be the same more or less beginning at a chestnut
CORNER & running thence a direct line to a pine corner. Thence a direct line to
a white oak corner on HARDY NORRIS' SPRING branch, thence down said branch as
it meanders to GEORGE WHITSELL'S line, thence along said Whitsell's line to a
red oad corner, thence a direct line to a maple corner on the branch between
NOEL JOHNSON & WYATT BULLOCK, thence up said branch as it meanders to
CHRISTOPHER BOWENS upon line thence along said BOWEN'S line to a stake corner,
thence along LUKE JOHNSON' line to a chestnut corner thence a direct line to
the beginning.

Together with all & singular the rights members & appurtenance thereof
whatsoever belonging or in anywise appurtaining & the said Parks King for
himself, his heirs & assigns and against all & every other person or persons
whatsoever claiming the same, with warrant & forever defend the aforesaid tract
of land & premises unto the said Wyatt Bullock his heirs & assigns to his &
their own proper use & benefit forever in behoof of fee simple.  In Testimony
whereof the said PARKS KING has hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal the
day & state above written.
