Know you that I the said Adam SIMMONS of the County of Oglethorpe and State of Georgia for in consideration of the love and good will and affection which I have and bears towards my son Adam SIMMONS of the County and State aforesaid have given and granted, by these present do freely give and grant unto the said Adam SIMMONS his heirs and _____ all and singular one hundred acres of land lying in said County of Sate aforesaid, part of the tract of land I now live on, Beginning on the branch on Mathew's corner in a Spanish Oak running EqS outs and five pines to a stake corner on Nathan JOHNSON line thence N4 outs to a pine comer, thence W to a Mulberry comer in my field, and thence to the beginning corner now being in my possession in the County aforesaid of which before the sealing of these present. I have delivered him the said son Adam SIMMONS an inventory signed with my own hand and bearing even date, to have and to hold the said hundred acres of land to him the said Adam SIMMONS his heirs and assigns from henceforth and forever absolutely without any manner of condition.
