     State of Georgia, Oglethorpe. Know all ____ before these present
     that I Rebekah SIMMONS of the county and state aforesaid for the
     good will love and regard I bear towards my son Adam SIMMONS I do
     give, grant and forever defend all and singular the property that I
     am now possession of to wit, one bed and furniture, cow and calf
     and yearling, with sundry other _____. In _____ whereof I hereunto
     set my hand and affix my seal this tenth day of January in the year
     of our Lord 1810. (Can't read line) Signed Rebekah X SIMMONS;
