Young & John Tanner Georgia Oglethrope This Indenture made this twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred between John Tanner of the one part and Jos. Young of the other part, both of the said County of Oglethrope. Witnesseth that the said John Tanner for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to him in hand paid, the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained, granted and sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Jos. Young his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land containing thirty five acres (be it more or less) (to wit) beginning at +m stake on the south side of his fence, thence N. 78 E. 45x P. O. S. 52 E. 58 x sass feet N. 20N. to the beginning being part of a large tract of land belonging to said Tanner Together with all and singular the right members and appartinances thereof whatsoever to the said Tract of Lands and the rest. Issued and profits thereof and every pact thereof. To have and to hold the said Tract of land and all and singular the presents thereunto belonging unto the said Jos Young his heirs and assigns to the only profits and benefits and behoof of the said Jos Young his heirs and assigns forever and the said John Tanner and his heirs, the Tract of land and aforesaid assigns made unto the said Jos Young his heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall undo will warrant and forever defend by their presents.
