     Obituary for Walter Guy (Dover) Dover                         

Obituary:   Colbert, GA - Walter Guy “Dover” Dover, Jr., 65, died July 9, 2010.
A native of Oglethorpe County, he was the son of the late Walter Guy Dover, 
Sr. and Marjorie Josephine Johnson Dover McCarty and was preceded in death by 
a granddaughter, Chelsea Richardson. Mr. Dover was owner of Dover’s Garage.
Funeral services will be Monday, July 12, 2010 at 4:00 PM at Lord and Stephens 
Chapel, EAST with Rev. David Burt officiating. Interment will be in 
Winterville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Holly Bales, Steve Quarles, Guy Powers, Curtis Daniels, 
Jason Booth, Paul Yearwood, Keith Fleeman and Hayden Richardson.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Mary Dover; children, Eddie Dover 
(Roxanne Richardson-Dover) and Wanda Tittle (Mike); brothers, Andy McCarty and 
Wayne McCarty; grandchildren, Zach Tittle, Courtney Tittle, Hayden Richardson, 
Michael Tittle and Mandy Tittle.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6:00 until 
9:00 PM.
Lord and Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements
