Jackie Adams Hendrix, 67, of Royston, died Tuesday, December 14, 2004.

She was born in Madison County January 25, 1937, the daughter of the late 
Andrew DeWitt and Bessie Quida Hill Adams. She was a healthcare worker at Ty 
Cobb Health Care Center, Royston, and attended the Franklin Springs Baptist 
Church. Mrs. Hendrix was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Hen-drix.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Terry and David Gill, 
Stockbridge, and Susan and Ken Sudderth, Royston; grandchildren, Jor-dan and 
Matthew Gill, both of Stockbridge, Kenny and Jenny Claire Sudderth, both of 
Royston; brother, Larry Dixon Adams, Danielsville; sisters, Martha Jane Coley, 
Royston, and Betty Joyce Hodges, Hull.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 17, in the chapel of Pruitt 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Byron Green officiating. Burial was in the Rose 
Hill Cemetery, Royston.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 102454, 
Atlanta, Ga. 30368-2454.

Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was in charge of arrangements.
