Mrs. L.H. Harper Dies in Crawford; Funeral Thursday
   Funeral services for Mrs. L.H. Harper, age 24, of Crawford, Ga., who
died Tuesday night at 7:25 o’clock, will be held Thursday morning at 11
o’clock in Edwards Baptist church at Crawford.  Rev. F.J. Hendrix,
pastor of Arnoldsville Baptist church, will officiate assisted by Rev.
W.M. Coile, pastor of Winterville Baptist church.  Interment will be in
Crawford cemetery with McDorman-Bridges in charge.
   Mrs. Harper before her marriage was Miss Ross Dee Christian.  She was
the daughter of the late Mr. C.W. Christian and Mrs. Christian.  A
native of Oglethorpe county.
   She has may (sic) frniends (sic) throughout this section of the state
who will be grieved to learn of her passing.
   Pallbearers will be Wilson Looney, Edgar Christy, Hugh Pledger, Junior
Davison, Enoch Reynolds and A.C. Carter.
   Survivors include her husband, L.H. Harper; one daughter, Cherrie
Roselle Harper; mother, Mrs. C.W. Christian, Crawford; three sisters,
Mrs. G.C. Carter, Miss Hazel Christian and Miss Delree Christian all of
Crawford: three brothers, Odell Christian, Theo Christian and William
Junior Christian, all of Crawford: grandmother (sic), Mrs. M.I. Coile
and Mrs. M.J. Christian; both of Athens
