  OTIS O. MARTIN, 84, resident of FG - FOREST GROVE - Private family services 
have been held for Otis Odell Martin, 84, Forest Grove.
  Mr. Martin died Feb. 14, 2000, at Camelot Care Center. He was born March 23, 
1915, in Oglethorpe County Ga., a son of George and Essie Smith Martin. He was 
raised and educated in Oglethorpe County.
  Mr. Martin worked as an automobile mechanic in Georgia and Florida until 
retiring in 1972. He then lived in Florida until moving to Forest Grove in 1996 
to be nearer family members.
  Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Hazel M. and Robert Clack, 
Hillsboro; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ellis L. Martin, Sparta, Ga. and 
George W. and Lisa Martin, Hillsboro; seven grandchildren; 10 great-
grandchildren; three brothers, four sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
  He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
  The family suggests memorial contributions to Are. Washington County Office, 
4450 SW 184th Ave. Aleha, OR 97007.
  Fuiten, Rose and Hoyt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
