Killed While Gambling

Lexington, Ga., Aug. 21 – Buck Moody and Jim Hambright, two negroes, were
engaged in a game of cards about 6 miles south of here.  The usual altercation
took place and the game was brought to a close by Jim shooting Buck with a
pistol, causing death.
