Ga. Written: August 21, 1956 Recorded: February 7, 1972 I, Mrs. Elizabeth M. Caldwell, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament thereby revoking all other Wills heretofore by me made. Item 1. It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Item 2nd. It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christain like manner, suitable to my station and circumstances while in life. Item 3rd. I give and bequeth to my beloved daughter, Reba Caldwell all the property that I die possessed of both real and personal of every kind and description an wherever situated or located for ad during her natural life, and at her death said property to go to my beloved son, Duncan Caldwell for and during his natural life, and at his death, said property to be devided share alike between the heirs of my body, then in life. I want it specifically understood, that my son, Duncan Caldwell is to reside and live in the house whereon I now reside with my beloved daughter, Reba Caldwell, as long as he lives. If my son Duncan Caldwell should die before my daughter Reba Caldwell, then all my property to be divided share and share alike to the heirs and legatees of my body at the death of my daughter Reba Caldwell. Further I want it specifically understood that my beloved daughter Blondine Caldwell Smith is to reside and live in the house whereon she now lives as long as she lives or as long as she so desires. This said house is on the property that I have bequethed to my daughter Reba Caldwell for and during her natural life. Item 4th. It is my will and desire that the family grave yard which is located on the real estate whereon I now live be kept up and taken care of by my children as long as they live. The expenses of the upkeep of this grave yard to be taken by my children as long as they live. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son, Duncan Caldwell sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, relieving him from giving bond, making an inventory or appraisement, or any return to any Court whatsoever.
