Bradley I John A Bradley of the County of Oglethorpe and of the State of Georgia do make and constitute this my last will and testament in manner and form following, to wit, I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Bradley one Negro boy named Walt and all the goods of any kind which she brought with her, also one pair of sheets, one counterpin, and one blanket also one sorrell mare named Fancy. I further wish my beloved wife to remain with my family as at present. But should she wish to leave the family at any time she shall have the above named property which said property shall be fully vested in her for life and at her ?disposal? at her death. My desire that my children all except Mildred remain together with my wife so long as she will continue to live at my present residence or until they become of lawful age or marry, should she wish to move or quit the family my desire that my Executors as soon thereafter as convinent shall sell the tract of land whereon I now live. Consisting of three hundred and forty nine acres, on four years credit that is to say four anual instalments also I wish the last named tract of land divided when sold in four equal lots and sold in that way also all the household and kitchen furniture with the stock of all kinds, plantation tools to which then remain undivided on twelve months credits. Should either of my daughters marry my wish is that they shall have the two feather beds and furniture choice of either of the Negros with a sixty dolar horn saddle & bridle with an equal division when the Estate is all wound up, that is to say, I wish all my childrens parts made equal from the Eldest to the youngest in consiquence of which I wish that amount of all their property that has been given of to be discribed as follows. Given to Isham Weaver five hundred fifty dollars worth of property, also to my son Francis Five hundred dollars. I further wish my sons which have not received any property to have as they become of age or marry a horn bridle & saddle or the amount agreeable to the above valuation with choice of either of the Negroes & each of them a feather bed & furniture. I further wish should it be necessary to divide my estate before my youngest child becomes of lawfull age or marrys that my executors shall take charge of my children and their property. My desire is that my son Francis M Bradly shall take my daughter Elizabeth M Bradley. My desire is that Isham Weaver, Jane Bradley, Francis M Bradley and John A. Bradley be my Executors and I do hereby appoint and nominate and constitute the said Isham Weaver, James Bradley, Francis M Bradley and John A Bradley my true and lawfull executors to this my last Will & Testament & to carry the same into effect in testamony whereof I have here into set my hand and affixed my seal this 17 day of September in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty three.
