Cunningham of the County of Oglethorpe in said state, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament. 1st - I commit and command my soul to God and my body to the grave and desire that my just debts be paid. 2nd - I desire all my property both Real and personal sold by my executor and the whole turned into money, and if any money remains after the payment of my debts, I desire that it should be held in the hands of Hayden Deupre for the use and benefit of my nephew Jabez Grimes of Madison County, the son of my sister Martha, to be applied to his support and education, and the balance if any remains after his support and education to be paid over to him when he shall arrive at twenty one years of age – 3rd - I hereby nominate and appoint the said Hayden Deupree my executor and direct him to pay P.
