Tiller of said County, respectfully shows -- 1st. That he is citizen and resident of said State and County, and of lawful age. 2nd. That Mrs. P. J. Eades late a resident of said State and County, departed this life in Oglethorpe Co. on the 12 day of Jan., A.D. 1919, leaving an estate of the probable value of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars, which mainly consists of Real estate, live stock, vehicles, household & Kitchen furnture, etc. 3d. That the personal property belonging to said deceased is of the probable value of One & fifty ($150.00). 4th. That the said Mrs. P. J. Eades died intestate as is believed and alleged by your petitioner. 5th. That your petitioner is a brother & an heir-at-law of said deceased. 6th. That it is necessary that a Temporary Administrator be appointed to collect and take care of the effects of said deceased. Wherefore, Your petitioner pray that he be appointed Temporary Administrator of the estate of said deceased. And your petitioner will ever pray, etc. W. H. That is the duly appointed and qualified Temporary Admr. of the estate of Mrs. P. J. Eades, of said County, deceased. 2nd. That as such Admr. he is in possession of the personal property belonging to the estate of said deceased, consisting principatly of 1 cow, 1 Buggy, 1 One horse wagon, 2 Shoats, Junk, Household & Kitchen furniture. 3d. That it will be to the interest of said estate, and all persons concerned that the personal property of said estate be sold at as early a day as practicable. State of Georgia, Oglethorpe County Court of Ordinary, January Term, 1920 In the matter of the Application of W. H. Tiller Administrator of the Estate of Mrs. P. J. Eades late of Oglethorpe County, Georgia, deceased, for Letters of Dismission: It appearing to the Court that citation has been issued, and was duly published in the Oglethorpe Echo, the newpaper in which legal advertisments of said Couty are published, once a week for four weeks, as required by law; And it further appearing to the Court, from an actual and close examination of all the acts, proceedings and accounts of the said W. H. Tiller Administrator as aforesaid, that he has fully, faithfully and honestly administered said trust, and is legally entitled to a discharge from said Administration and no objections having been filed to the granting of said Letters; It is ordered, That the said W.
