This file was contributed by: Wayne Tiller wtiller@attglobal.net ==================================================================== Will of Mrs. Anne Goolsby - Will Book D 1833 - 1866 page 381/382 State of Georgia, Oglethorpe County -- I Anne Goolsby being of sound disposing mind and memory, make and ordain this my last will and testament, hereby revoking & making void all others by me made. Item 1st - I give & bequeath to my daughter Louisa Tiller a negro called Jacob, which boy I wish appraised at my death and that two hundred dollars be deducted from said appraisment. I also give my daughter Louisa Tiller one bed, one cow & calf and all my kitchen furniture. Item 2nd - I give my daughter Martha Smith one bed & one cow & calf. Item 3rd - My will is that my two negro boys George & John after my death be appraised and that they have the priviledge of choosing their master among my children, and my will is that one hundred dollars de deducted from said appraisement on each boy - and my will further is that whoever the said boys George & John may select for their Master, that they have one years time to pay the other Legatees, and also that my daughter Louisa Tiller have one years time to pay for the boy Jacob willed her. Item 4th - My will is that all the residue of my effects of all description not willed as above be equally divided between my children. I dominate and appoint my son Floyd E.
