We the undersigned Partitioners do hereby certify that we have divided the negroes belonging to the estate of Robert Haynes deceased as so many of them as was presented to us into three shares and in Drawing the following Lot was allotted to Paschal Smith, Moley and her four children (vz) Mary, Dorcus, Clayton, and Anthony. Annis and three children, Hester, Elijah, and Milly. Sarah and three children, Ceasor, Hailey, and Jim.
