Of the county of Oglethorpe & State of Georgia & being not well in body, but of a sound mind & memory, thanks be to god for the same & calling to mind the mortality of man & knowing that it is appointed for all men to die , do make this my last will & testament and making all other wills and testaments by me made null & void. 1st I recommend my Soul to God who give it to me & my body to be buried in a decent & Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors. 2ndly I give and bequeath to my son John Hubbard all that tract of Land joining Thomas Moody & others that I have before given him the said John Hubbard by deed of gift. 3rdly I give & bequeath unto my son Bennet Hubbard all that tract of land joining the said Moody & P. Compton & others that I have before given him the said Bennet Hubbard by deed of gift. 4thly It is also my will and desire that all the rest of my estate that is to say all perishable property be equally divided between my son John Hubbard, Bennet Hubbard & Rhoda Moody, Susanna Colquitt and Elizabeth Wise to them & their heirs for ever. 5thly & lastly I do appoint P. Compton Bennet Hubbard & John M. Sims for my Executors to this my last will and testament, this 13th March his 1810. Sealed & Signed in presence----Joseph X Hubbard (seal) of us mark John M.
