Recorded the 21st day of January 1850...Henry Britain CCO _______________________ The minors in this action would be greatgrandchildren of Mary Beasley Hudson Ward Bell, grandchildren of Frederick Hudson, and, children of his deceased son, William Greer Hudson. Although not appearing in this book prior to this recording, John Wynne was appointed guardian of Frederick Thomas and Lucy J.W. Hudson of Oglethorpe county, GA. Their mother continued to live in Oglethorpe county after the death of William G. Hudson. On page 36 of the same book appears what seems to be the first annual guardianship report of the same minors given by John Wynne.
