Hudson minor children of William G. Hudson, dec'd., for the year 1848, 1849. Feby 1, 1848. Cash paid Jane O. Hudson for board of minors for 1838, 1839, 1840, 1841, 1842, 1843, & 1844 @ 60 Vo no. 1 420.00 Georgia : Personally came before me a Justice of the Inferior Oglethorpe County : Court in and for said County, Jane O. Hudson, who being duly sworn deponth and said that the above amount of four hundred and twenty dollars for boarding & clothing Frederick T. & Lucy J.W. Hudson, minor children of William G. Hudson, dec'd, for the years 1838, 1839, 1840, 1841, 1842, 1843, & 1844, is just and correct and has never been paid. Deponent says that said amount was contracted while deponent was the guardian of said children, and the named said amount was not paid while deponent was guardian, in that she had no means property or money wherewith to pay the same. The estate of said minors truly, or, the greater portion of it, is now in the State of Mississippi in the hands of William Bird, and in the hands of Frederick Hudson as the Administrator of William G. Hudson, dec'd, as long as he lived, and in the hands of his Representatives since his death. All of which reside in said State of Mississippi. Signed Jane O.
