Javell These are to authorise you or any three or more of you, to repair to all such parts and places as you shall be directed unto by James, Augustus and John Hurt Exe., of all and singular, the Goods and Chattels, Rights and Credits of Joe Hurt deceased, wheresoever any of the Goods or Chattels of said deceased are, or do remain, within said parts or places and which shall be shown to you by the said Executors and there view and appraise all and every the said Goods and Chattels, being first sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, to make a true and perfect inventory and appraisement thereof, and to cause the same to be returned under your hands, or any three or more of you, to the said Executors with three months from the date hereof. And whereas as October term 1871 an letter was prepare then alluring?, a discharge to such executors upon their compliance with the law---and the said executors have since made their final return and the Ordinary is satisfied from evidence that said executors have faithfully and honestly discharged the trust and confidence ---- in them and further whereas the Ordinary has examined the accounts of said executors and found them correct.
