Seymour C. Queen Victoria Huldah A. George T. State of Georgia, / Oglethorpe County, / Know all Men by these presents, That we, James T. Noell as principal & Alvin M. Robertson as security are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary for said county, and his successors in office, in the just and full sum of Two hundred Dollars for the payment of which sum, to the said Ordinary, as aforesaid, and his successors in office, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this Eleventh day of January eighteen hundred and fifty eight. The condition of the above obligation is such, That, whereas the said James T. Noell is this day appointed Guardian to William R. Noell, James S. Noell, Seymour C. Noell, Queen Victoria Huldah A. Noell & George T. Noell minors of the said James T. Noell; Now, if the said James T. Noell do well and truly demean himself as Guardian aforesaid, agreebly to letters of Guardianship bearing said date herewith, and agreeably to law in such case made and pervided, the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
