T. 1902 Final return 1902 Inv. 1902 Oath adm. bond 1902 Georgia, Oglethorpe County. Know all men by these presents, That we, T. O. Noell as principal and ---- as Security, are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary of said County, and his successors in office, and assigns, in the just and full sum of Four thousand Dollars, for the paymnent of which sum to the said Ordinary, and his successors in office, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, in the whole and for the whole sum, jointly and severally, and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this 6th day of January 1902. The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bound T. O. Noell as admr. do make a true and perfect inventory of the goods, chattels, rights, credits, lands and tenements of J. T. Noell late of Oglethorpe County, deceased, with have or shall come into the hands, possession, or knowledge of the said T. O. Noell admr. as aforesaid -- or the hands or possession of any person, or hersons, for him, and the same so made to exhibit unto the said Ordinary, when he shall be hereunto required; and such goods, chattels, credits, lands, and tenements, do well and truly administer, according to law, and do make a just and true accout of his actings and doings therein, when he shall thereunto be required by the Court: Shall deliver and pay to such person, or persons, respectively, as they may be entitled to the same by law; And if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the deceased, and the same be proven before the Court of Ordinary, and the Executor obtain a certificate of the probate thereof, and said T. O. Noell admr. in such case, if required, render and deliver up the said Letters of Administration, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
