Know all Men by these Presents, That we, Louisa V Noell principal, and G Watson L U Collier William L Anthony & W H Edwards securities are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary of said county, and his successors in office and assigns, in the just and full sum of Five Thousand Dollars for the payment of which sum to the said Ordinary and his successors in office, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, in the whole and for the whole sum, jointly and severally and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 4th day of September, 1882. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Louisa V Noell do make a true and perfect inventory of the goods, chattels, rights, credits, lands and tenements of Newton Noell late of Oglethorpe county, deceased, which have or shall come into the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Louisa V Noell or the hands or possession of any person or persons for her and the same so made to exhibit unto the said Ordinary, when she shall be hereunto required; and such goods, chattels, credits, lands and tenements do well and truly administer, according to law, and do make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein, when she shall thereunto be required by the Court; shall deliver and pay to such person or persons, respectively, as they may be entitled to the same by law. And if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by the deceased, and the same be proven before the Court of Ordinary, and the Executor obtain a certificate of the probate thereof, and Louisa V Noell in such case, if required, render and deliver up the said Letters of administration; then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
