Smith JP State of Georgia May Term 1815 Oglethorpe County Know all men by these presents that we John Noell, James Noell & Beverly Noell are held firmly bound unto the justices of the inferior court for said county sitting for ordinary purposes & their successors in office we bend ourselves our heirs exacutors & administrators firmly by these presents sealed wit our seals & dated the first day of May -- in the year of our Lord 1815 -- The condition of the above obligation is such that the above bound John Noell administor of the goods chattels & credits of Robert Noell -- deceased do make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels & credets of the said decd which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of said John Noell -- or unto the hands or possession of any other person for him & the same so made do return the same unto the clerks office for said count within two months from the date hereof, & such goods & chattels & credits do well & truly administer according to law, & render a true and just account of your actings & doings thereon when required by the said court & all the rest of the goods chattles and credits which shall be found remaining upon this account of the said admistrators the same being first allowed by the court shall deliver & pay to each person respectfully as aneintilled to the same by law, and if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and Testament was made by the said decd & the same be proven before the court & the exactor obtain a certificate of the probate thereof & the said adminstrators do in such case if required render and deliver up said letters of administration ther the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force; John C.
