Georgia Oglethorpe County By John Hawkins ~ It being represented to the Court that Peterson Smith has committed a waste on the Estate of his father Charles Smith, Dec’d & that he is a judgment creditor thereof on motion it is ordered that his Administrator’s Bond be delivered to Joseph Henry Lumpkin to __? Suit thereon & that the said Joseph Henry Lumpkin be and he is hereby appointed the Attorney of this Court to bring said suit on the name of this Court for the use of said John Hawkins ~ A true abstract from the minutes of Court of Ordinary for November Term 1834. Henry Britain, C.C.O. P. 209 Upon the application of John Hawkins, Isaac Collier and others ___ and distributing of Charles Smith, dec’d, late of this County – stating that they had sustained damages by reason of the waste and mismanagement of said the Estate of said deceased by Peterson Smith the Administrator thereof ~ It is ordered by Court that the Administrators Bond of the said Peterson and his securities be delivered up to Benjamin F.
