Smith and Bird Parks, Isaac Collier, Mark Smith, Charles Smith & Harrison Smith are held firmly bound unto the Judges of the Court of Ordinary for the said County & their successors in office we bind ourselves our heirs etc and administrators firmly by these presents sealed with our seals & dated the 13th day of January 1821 ~ The conditions of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Nathaniel Smith & Bird Parks temporary administrators of all & singular the goods chattels & credits of the said dec’d……………………. May 27, 1822 the jury found for the plaintiff the sum $337.25. James H. Smith was a merchant. His bill was included, which starts in 1819 and ends Jan 8, 1821. Parts were charged to “Smith” and parts to “Rainey”. The Rainey bought lots of brandy and rum. A William B.
