P. 155 Oglethorpe County ~~ Agreeable to an order from the Court of ordinary granted on this petiton of James Jewell guardian for James E. Smith one of the orphans of Paschal Smith deceased for a division of the estate of the said dec’d so as to assign to the said James Jewell guardian for the said orphan, one sixth part of the said estate~~ We the undersigned have met for the purpose above mentioned, & the Negroes belonging to said estate being all the property brought before us by Charles Smith admr. Of Paschall Smith dec’d have divided the same & the lot drawn by the said James Jewell guardian for the said James E.
