Will of Burrel Tiller, Oglethorpe Co. GA Submitted by Wayne D. Tiller Will of Burrel Tiller - Will Book E Part I Page 106 State of Georgia, Oglethorpe County -- In the name of God Amen. I Burrel TILLER of said State and County being of advanced age, but of sound and disposing mind and memory; Knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it right and proper both as respects my family and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me. I do therefore make this my last Will and testament. First. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances in life, my soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for Salvation through the merits and attonements of the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Secondly - I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors herein after named and appointed. Thirdly - I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved daughter Frances TILLER my tract of land on which I live in the Glade District of Oglethorpe County containing three hundred acres, more of less, with all the rights members and appointenances to said tract of land in any wise belonging free from all charge and limitation whatever. With full power to dispose of the same by will or otherwise as she may see proper. I also give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Frances in the same unencumbered manner one horse bridle and saddle first choice. Bed and Bedding first choice, cow and fifty dollars in money all without limitations or reserve. Fourthly - I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved daughter Elizabeth BURT one bed and bedding and fifty dollars in money. Fifthly - I give bequeath and devise to my beloved son John H. TILLER one bed and bedding and fifty dollars in money. Sixthly - The residue of any property I give and bequeath to my daughter Frances TILLER and my beloved son John H TILLER which is to be equally divided between them all without limitation or reserve. Seventhly - I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved daughter Harriet GUILL one Bed and Bedding and fifty dollars in money all without limitation or reserve. Eightly - I hereby constitute and appoint my friend Kinny J.
