Will of John Tiller 01 Sep 1829 Oglethorpe County, GA Georgia Oglethorpe County In the name of God Amen. I John Tiller Senior, of the State & County aforesaid being of Sound mind & memory knowing that it is appointed once for all men to die do hereby com????? & ordain this to be my last Will and Testament quitting all other Wills. First of all I give & recommend my soul to Almighty God who gave it me & my body to be buried in a Christian like manner at the discretion of my executor herein after named. Second; all my just debts to be paid. Third. I give & bequeath unto my beloved wife Nancy Tiller all my estate both real & personal which I may die ???????? of during her natural life or widowhood. Fourth. I give & bequeath unto Susannah Smith Wife of Brinkley Smith & her issue the one twelfth part of my estate at that time, thru death or marriage of my wife Nancy Tiller, & Elizabeth Cardin, Randal Tiller, William Tiller, Jenny Poss, Sally Poss, Martin Tiller, Elijah Tiller, Elisha Tiller, which is to have at the same period of time the One Twelvth part of all the estate at that time: An a Burwell Tillers Lawfull heirs, & John Tillers lawfull heirs & Nancy Eascos lawfull heirs, to have the One Twelvth part at that period of time. Fifth. I do hereby constitute and appoint Martin Tiller to be my sole executor to this my Last Will & Testament.
