TILLER - 1903 Will Book E Part II Page 399 Georgia, Oglethorpe County -- Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Nancy A. J. TILLER, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament. Item 1. I desire that after my death all of my just debts shall be paid and that I be given a christian burial, and that if my estate is sufficient for that purpose that my grave be protected by a tombstone to cost one hundred dollars ($100.00) and if the estate is not sufficient that the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be spent by my executor in providing a tomb-stone for my grave. I also desire that a suitable plot of ground around my grave shall be inclosed by a durable brick wall, and that my grave and my mother's shall be kept in good repair. Item 2. I give and bequeath to my brother-in-law, Green G. PETERMAN, for and during his natural life the estate that I may die possessed of and at his death said estate to be divided between his son, Georgia Ruffie PETERMAN and Rosa HARRIS. Item 3. I will and direct that my personal effects shall be at my death equally divided between George Ruffie PETERMAN and Rosa HARRIS. Item 4. I will and direct that in the event my nephew Ruffie Peterman should die before his father Green G. PETERMAN that the bequest to him in this will, shall go to his children, if he have any, if not said interest shall go to Cora Jane WOODS. Item 5. I will and direct that in the event Rosa HARRIS should die before Ruffie PETERMAN that the interest in my estate bequeathed on this will to her shall become the property of my nephew Ruffie PETERMAN. Item 6. I nominate and appoint my brother-in-law Green G. PETERMAN executor of this my last will and testament. This the 3rd day of Nov. 1902. Nancy A. J. PETERMAN a citizen of said County respectfully shows that Miss Nancy A. J. TILLER, also a citizen of said County departed this life on the 10th day of July 1903 after having made her last will and testament whom your petitioners is named as the executor petitioner produces said will in open court and prays that the same may be admitted to probate and record upon the proof therof in common form of law, and that Letters Testamentary issues to him in terms of the law. TILLER sign and heard her publish the within papers as her last will and testament that we subscribed the same as witness thereto at the special instance and request of the sid Miss Nancy A. J. TILLER and in her presence and that the said Miss Nancy A. J. TILLER signed the same freely and voluntarily and was at the terms of such attestation and singing of sound and disposing mind and memory. Sworn to and subscribed before me Aug. 3rd 1903 Joel CLOUD E. P. SHULL Paul BROWN In Oglethorpe Court Ordinary August term August 3rd 1903. Upon the foregoing affidavit of E. P. SCHULL, Joel CLOUD and Paul BROWN, the subscribing witnesses to the alleged last will and testament of Miss Nancy A. J. TILLER deceased. It is ordered that said will be admitted to probate and record as satisfactory proven in common form of law , and it is also order that Letter Testamentary issue to G. G. PETERMAN the Executor named in said will upon his taking and subscribing the usual oath. J. J. BACON, Ordinary Georgia, Oglethorpe County -- I, G. G. PETERMAN do solemonly swear that this writing contains the true last will and testament of Miss Nancy A. J.
