Tiller Will of Mrs. Mary Jane TILLER - 1900 - Will Book E Page 355 Georgia, Oglethorpe County -- I, Mary Jane TILLER, of said State and County, being of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament. Item First - I desire and direct that my body be decently buried and in a Christian like manner - Item Second - I direct that my Executor herinafter named, pay all just debts which at the time of my death I may be owing - Item Third - I give and bequeath unto Nancy TILLER, Sarah GRIMES, Cretty TILLER, Georgia PETERMAN, Martha WOODS, Cordelia TILLER, Amanda SMITH and J. W. TILLER, all the property, real and personal of every kind of which I may die ?????? and possessed, share and share alike, and to the use and enjoyment of each of them forever - Item Fourth - It is my will and desire that my property here before bequeathed shall be divided between the children above mentioned by agreement among them, if such agreement is possible, and if not possible, then I desire and direct that my Executor sell the same and divide the proceeds equally, after paying the expence of administration. TILLER, a citizen of said county, respectfully shows, that Mrs. Mary Jane TILLER, also a citizen of said county, departed this life on the 27th day of March 1900, after having made her last will and testament, whereas your petitioner so named as the Executor; Petitioner produces said will in open Court - and prays that the same may be admitted to Probate and record upon the proof thereof in Common for of law, and that Letters Testamentary may issue to your petitioner in terms of this law this April 2nd 1900 - J. Z. FAUST; and that said Mrs. Mary Jane TILLER was at the time of such attestation and signing of sound and disposing mind and memory, and that she signed the same freely and voluntarily - W. H.
