Will of Thos. R. Tiller of Oglethorpe County, GA - 1907

State of Georgia, Oglethorpe County - I Thos. R. Tiller of Said State and 
County being of sound mind to make this my last will and testament.

Item 1st I desire that all my just debts shall be paid.

Item 2nd I desire that my sons J. M. Tiller and C. M. Tiller shall have 
one feather bed each of their own selection and bedstead for the same 
also bed clothing.

Item 3rd I desire that all of the remainder of my household and kitchen 
furniture bedding & c - except my Piano, shall be equally divided between 
my four daughters, Jannie C. Crow, Mcaw M. Mathews, Henrietta Glen & 
Martha A. Eberhart and that they whall each pay twenty five dollars to be 
equally divided between my sons T. H. Tiller, F. M. Tiller, J. M. Tiller, 
W. C. Tiller & C. M. Tiller.

Item 4th I desire that my daughter M. A. Eberhart shall have my Piano and 
in line thereof, she shall pay to my daughters Mcaw M. Mathews, Fannie C. 
Crow & Henrietta Glen ten dollars each.

Item 5th I desire that all the remainder of my estate of every 
description shall be equally divided between all my children.

Item 6th I desire my sons J. M. Tiller and F. M. Tiller shall be my 
Executors to carry out my will as herein set forth in testamony whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day of June 1907.

Signed and published by Thos. R. Tiller as his last will and testament, 
in the presence of the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto as 
witnesses at the instance of said testator, in his presence & in the 
presence of each other the day & date above written.
